With a new year comes a time to start your New Year commitment to your health. After the difficult year we all faced in 2020 we all need a new start. Faced with this new clean slate, we can all create wellness goals.
Studies show that around 80% of New Year’s resolutions are abandoned by February. This shows how difficult it can be to make major adjustments and maintain them. While we are all dreaming big, we also look to be realistic with our goals.
What do we suggest then? Slow and steady wins this race, commit to small, achievable and impactful health resolutions.
